Café de la Iberia is a restaurant on Chinchón's circular Plaza Mayor, founded in 1879 in a building that once served as a café, casino, and inn. It specializes in traditional Castilian cooking, with wood-roasted lamb, sweetbreads, and grilled meats and fish among the house strengths. A balcony terrace looks straight over the plaza's ring of wooden balconies, giving cyclists a shaded outdoor table at the town's central landmark.
