Uran opened the first 'El Cafe de Rigo' location in May 2021 inside the same Bogota space as his cycling apparel store, after long wanting to bring coffee from his native Urrao into his shops. The menu plays on his own habits and humor, with dishes like 'el desayuno de Rigo' and a recovery smoothie nicknamed for the climbs he races. A second cafe followed in Monteria that same year, and the brand has since grown to more Colombian cities and Miami.
