Grava Pals is a bike café and restaurant in the village of Pals, built around the local cycling community. Grava was built specifically for the cycling community from the outset; its founder, Manich, has described it as 'a refreshment point, a restaurant and an oasis to rest during the ride, or to come and disconnect in the middle of nature.' The café sits beside the old walled centre of Pals, and road and gravel riders in kit mix through the day with locals off duty. Beyond the daily coffee and food service, Grava runs yoga classes and sunset gravel bike rides, announced on its Instagram rather than a fixed schedule. A dedicated wood-fired Neapolitan pizza area and an expanded breakfast menu were added as the place grew.
What you see
A garden terrace planted with lavender holds a vintage Airstream trailer among the picnic tables, strung with lights for evening service.

It closes Tuesdays and Wednesdays but otherwise runs year-round, with the terrace open into the evening on Fridays and Saturdays.
