Siedlung Elsengrund is a garden-city housing estate built between 1918 and 1925 in Berlin's Köpenick district, part of the Märchenviertel. Architect Otto Rudolf Salvisberg designed six two-storey house types with hipped roofs and dormers, laid out along curved streets around a market-square-like center. The ensemble, mixing rendered facades with house gardens and green spaces, is a listed heritage site today.
Architectural ensemble built in 1919 — a listed cultural heritage ensemble.
