Dundry Hill
Bristol
Dundry Hill is an oolite ridge nearly four miles long, topped by the tower of St Michael's church, built around 1482 and still used as a landmark across the region. On a clear day the hilltop gives views over the Chew Valley, the Mendip Hills, Bristol and the Bristol Channel to South Wales. Dundry stone quarried on the hill built Bristol's St Mary Redcliffe and Cardiff Castle.
