The Pelican is a pub in the centre of Chew Magna, established in 1615 and reopened in 2024 under The Pony Group's Josh and Holly Eggleton. It serves a seasonal, locally sourced menu alongside local ales and ciders, with the Sunday roast a particular draw. A rear courtyard and garden give cyclists a place to sit outside, while the original bar keeps its open fire and sash windows for cooler rides.
