Brouwerij De Halve Maan is a family-run brewery on Bruges' Walplein, brewing since 1856 and still producing the city's own Brugse Zot beer. It is known for its underground beer pipeline, a 3-kilometre line laid in 2016 that carries the beer to the bottling plant outside town, and for daily tours ending with a free glass and a rooftop view over the city. Tours run 11am to 4pm, and the rooftop terrace suits an outdoor stop for riders through the historic centre.
