Noir Coffeebar is a specialty coffee bar and roastery on Naamsestraat in central Leuven, run by Kris van Guyse of the Tāne Roasters Collective along with Murielle Bosh. It's known for single-origin beans sourced from Kenya, Ethiopia, Brazil and Guatemala, brewed as espresso or AeroPress, and served alongside freshly baked pastries like cinnamon rolls in a cozy, vintage-styled interior. Bikes can be hung inside rather than left outside, and the dog-friendly spot doubles as a laptop-friendly hangout with fast WiFi. It opens daily, including Sunday mornings from 11:00.
