Przędza opened here at the end of 2014, taking over the same courtyard spot that had run before it as Fresco Cafe. The kamienica itself went up in the 1890s for textile merchant Salomon Baharier, its facade still carrying carved mascaron faces, eagles and swans among the ornament. The same courtyard today also holds a tailoring studio, a bistro and a tattoo parlour.
