Medieval, not RomanFirst recorded under repair in 1403, already old by then. Pollença called it Pont de Cubelles, then Pont de l'Horta, for the estate its road served. Two unequal stone arches carry a lane 1.9 m wide.
Two bridges, one nameIn 1926 the valley got a new bridge, wide enough for the cars the old one never carried. Locals kept the name Pont Romà for the medieval bridge alone, calling the new one simply de l'Horta.
