Pasticceria Lovat is a pastry shop and bar on Corso Italia, Cortina d'Ampezzo's central promenade, open since 1928 and renovated in 2005 while keeping its Ampezzo-style baking unchanged. It's known for in-house sweet and savoury baking, from cakes to brioches, served at the counter or on a covered veranda kept for a quieter aperitif. Doors open at 7:30am, extended to midnight in July and August, making it a natural coffee-and-pastry stop before or after a climb out of town.
