Ütia de Bioch is a wood-built Ladin mountain hut at 2079m above La Villa in Alta Badia, run by the Valentini family since 1990. It's known for grilled meat and Ladin specialties cooked in a Josper oven, homemade desserts, and a wine cellar of some 13,000 bottles, served on a large sun terrace facing the Sella group and the Marmolada. The hut sits directly on the Sellaronda mountain-bike route, reached via the Braia Fraida chairlift or on two wheels in summer.
