Ella má kávu is a café, bakery and home-décor shop combined in one riverside building in Štěchovice, on the Vltava's bank where the cycling route from Prague reaches town. The same family has run it for more than thirteen years, pulling espresso, cappuccino, latte and affogato, baking bagels and baguettes and cakes fresh, and turning out homemade gelato through the warmer months. Tables share the floor with a shop full of planters and interior pieces, so a coffee stop often turns into a browse. Seating splits between a street-side front looking across to the Vltava and its bridge, and a back garden that swaps the road noise for a quieter, greener sit. Cyclists following the Vltava route (EuroVelo 7) pass right by it on the way into or out of Štěchovice.
