Kolektivní dům, kulturní centrum, MŠ
Czechia
The Kolektivní dům (1945–1950) was Czechoslovakia's first collective housing building: a 12-storey structure with 102 flats, a restaurant, and nursery, designed by Jiří Voženílek. Flats had minimal kitchens; residents were contractually obliged to eat at least 20 meals per month in the communal restaurant.
