Levandulová kavárna

Café · Zábřeh · Czechia

Checked

A lavender-themed café on Zábřeh's main square, the town outlet of the nearby Bezděkov lavender farm. Its menu runs on lavender: lemonade, sponge cake, tea and ice cream, alongside BIO Fair Trade coffee and homemade desserts, with a small shop selling the farm's own lavender products.

The café opened in May 2015 as the in-town outlet for the Bezděkov lavender farm, giving visitors on Zábřeh's main square a taste of the harvest without the trip out to the fields. Everything on the menu carries the lavender thread: lavender lemonade, a lavender sponge cake, tea and ice cream, alongside the farm's own products sold from a small shop inside. The coffee itself is BIO-certified Verde from J. J. Darboven, Fair Trade sourced from Guatemala, served with homemade desserts and a wine selection. In summer, a terrace on the square is the more accessible seating option, since the indoor room has no wheelchair access. The café sits beside Zábřeh's town museum, which holds an exhibit on the Arctic explorer Jan Eskymo Welzl.
