A neoclassical colonnade at the highest point of the Lednice-Valtice area, built 1817-1823 as Prince Jan I of Liechtenstein's memorial to his father and brothers. Modeled on Vienna's Schönbrunn Gloriette, its rooftop terrace looks into Czechia, Austria, and Slovakia at once.

What you'll seeTwenty-four Corinthian columns line a rectangular colonnade on the ridgeline, its center raised into the shape of a triumphal arch, styled after the Gloriette above Vienna's Schönbrunn palace.
PracticalOpen May to September, daily 10:00-18:00 in July and August. Admission 50 Kč for adults, 20 Kč for ages 6-17, free under 6. Visits run about 35 minutes, capped at 40 people at a time. Reached via the red-marked hiking and cycling route from Valtice, with free parking about 100 meters below the colonnade.
