LA VILLA is a Michelin-starred restaurant in a 1941 villa built for a Baťa-company director, set in a quiet, green corner of Zlín. It is known for French-inspired, seasonal cooking built around its own large garden of fruit trees, berries and herb beds, which earned it a Michelin star in 2025 and two Gault&Millau toques. For cyclists the draw is the leafy garden terrace rather than a quick stop: it is fine dining with midday and evening service only, closed Sunday and Monday.
