Přivýšina is the highest point of the Prachovská pahorkatina at 464 m, and its summit rock, the Vyhlídka Václava Čtvrtka viewpoint, opens a clear view south over Jičín and the Jičín basin to the hills of Veliš and Zebín, with Brada visible to the east and the Prachov rock town to the west. The viewpoint is named for Václav Čtvrtek, the Czech writer with roots in Jičín who became the town's honorary citizen in 1975 and set his beloved fairy tales, including the robber Rumcajs, in the forests below this ridge. Geologically the summit is built of sandstone capped by neovolcanic rock, forming the west-east Přivýšinský hřbet ridge alongside the neighboring peaks of Malá Svinčice (449 m) and Velká Svinčice (448 m). It lies within the CHKO Český ráj protected landscape, straddling the cadastral territories of Prachov and Holín, and is reached by marked trails converging from Jičín, Prachov, Jinolice and Holín.

Přivýšina (464 m n. m.) je vrch v okrese Jičín Královéhradeckého kraje, v CHKO Český ráj. Leží asi 4 km severozápadně od Jičína. Vrch se nalézá na katastrálních územích místní části Prachov a obce Holín. Je to nejvyšší bod Prachovské pahorkatiny.
